Privacy Policy

KISS Health ("we", "us") operates kisshealth.org, a fitness platform offering a personalized workout generator, specialty coaches, a workout tracker, and the KISS Health Magazine. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and the installable web app (PWA).

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account or sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile picture. For email accounts, we store a secured password hash rather than your password. We also maintain authentication, security, and session information needed to keep your account signed in.

Fitness and usage data

To generate workouts and track progress, we store information you choose to provide, such as height, weight, date of birth, goals, experience, equipment, training preferences, restrictions, energy, stress, soreness, fatigue, and available time. We also store generated and completed workouts, stamps, notes, exercises, sets, reps, weights, time, effort feedback, and progression history.

Cookies and sessions

We use a required session cookie to keep you signed in. The app also uses browser local or session storage for preferences, guest activity, and app state. These technologies are used for app functionality and are not used by KISS Health to track you across unrelated websites.

Analytics

KISS Health does not currently use a third-party analytics SDK. We may process basic technical request information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

Articles in the KISS Health Magazine may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Ads are shown only in the Magazine — never inside your workouts, tracker, or account pages.

• You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• You can opt out of many third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info/choices.

How we use your information

• To generate personalized workouts and power the coaches and tracker.
• To keep you signed in and secure your account.
• To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the product.
• To manage account communications and subscription or token status when applicable.
• To display advertising in the Magazine, as described above.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run KISS Health. Service providers may include Replit for hosting and infrastructure; Google for sign-in, hosted fonts, and AdSense advertising when active; our transactional email provider for account emails; and Stripe for payment or subscription services when active. Each provider processes information for its stated purpose under its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.

Data retention and deletion

Your account and workout history are retained while your account is active so your progress is preserved. You can permanently delete your account inside the app by opening Settings, expanding Legal & account, and selecting Delete account. This removes your account and attributable KISS Health workout and Tracker data. Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record obligations.

Children

KISS Health is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Health and liability notice

KISS Health provides general fitness content and tools, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have pain, injuries, or medical conditions.

Exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for choosing exercises, effort, equipment, and conditions appropriate for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms and seek qualified medical help when appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, KISS Health is not responsible for injury or loss resulting from using the service or relying on its general fitness content.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
